Important Information Regarding Required Vaccinations

All students, other than those with a medical exemption, must have the first round dosage of each age appropriate vaccination in order to attend and remain in school. Students that did not attend summer school are granted 14 days from the first day of school to provide documentation of required immunizations. Students that attended summer school are not entitled to the 14-day grace period. If no acceptable evidence of immunizations is received by the applicable deadlines, New York State Law requires the student to be excluded from admittance to school.
