Building Administration
Dear Eagle Community,
Welcome to Eagle Elementary School! I am delighted to have the opportunity to connect with you and share what makes our school such a special place.
I bring over 32 years of experience in education, beginning my career as a classroom teacher for first, fourth, and fifth grades. Over time, I expanded my role to include serving as a teacher on special assignment and staff developer, before transitioning into administration. For the past 14 years, I’ve had the honor of serving as a principal in the Patchogue-Medford School District. These experiences have reinforced my belief in the power of collaboration and the importance of nurturing every child in ways that are unique and focused.
Eagle Elementary is proud to be one of the largest of the seven elementary schools in our community, with approximately 650 students in grades Pre-K through 5. Our rigorous academic program, combined with a strong focus on social and emotional growth, ensures that all students are prepared for success. We set high expectations for all students because we believe in their potential and are committed to increasing student performance and learning.
Our dedicated team at Eagle includes not only exceptional teachers but also our outstanding front office and support staff. Together, we work tirelessly to create a warm, welcoming environment where every family feels supported and valued. We know that strong partnerships with families are essential, and I am proud of the relationships we have built to ensure the success of every child.
At Eagle, we are fortunate to have a seamless and collaborative leadership team. Assistant Principal Mrs. Christine Padolecchia and I share a vision of fostering a school culture where every student can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
In addition, our school-wide Positive Behavior Support System (PBIS) helps every student S.O.A.R. by learning how to be Safe, Open-minded, Accountable, and Respectful. These guiding principles empower our students to make positive choices, build strong character, and contribute to a supportive school community.
I am also proud of our teaching staff’s high level of training, expertise, and dedication to the success of every child. They consistently go above and beyond by offering extra help and engaging in ongoing communication with families through conferences and other avenues of support.
Thank you for being a part of the Eagle Elementary family. Together, we will ensure growth, achievement, and shared success for every child.
