To have Suffolk County Community College official transcripts sent to another college, please follow the steps below:
Click on "Transferring Suffolk Credits" for the process to have an official transcript sent to the college of your choice. You can log onto MYSCCC and print out an official transcript for your records.
Students should check to make sure all grades are posted prior to requesting a transcript, or check the box under the tab "Tell us when to release your transcripts" stating "Course Taken Through High School Program (January or June End)". Grades are posted by July 1st, of the year course was completed and official Suffolk academic transcripts are available to send to the student’s attending college at that time.

Scroll to "Request Transcript" for the form to submit to have an official transcript sent to the college of her choice. You can log onto MYSCCC and print out an official transcript for your records.
To view or print a Suffolk County Community College unofficial academic transcript to view course numbers and grades to share with the attending college/university for advising purposes only, please follow the steps below.

Viewing Course Grades
Once grades are submitted from the high school, students obtain their College ID number from their high school or may use their social security number to access grades through the student portal, MYSCCC.
To access Suffolk's Beacon Program course grades through the student portal:
2. Click: MYSCCC (top right)
3. Under the log-in box, is a box for new students, click on “Click Here” to obtain a username and password, and follow the directions. Students can either use the students Suffolk ID or SSN.
Students may order an unofficial copy of their academic transcript through the transcript request form and have it sent to their home.
It is the student’s responsibility to review his or her college academic transcript at the end of the course and communicate any discrepancies to the high school teacher/administrator.
