Required Immunizations for School Attendance

Students must receive all the required immunizations prior to entering or being admitted to school.  Parents must provide acceptable proof of immunizations in accordance with law and regulations.  A child will not be admitted to school or allowed to attend school for more than 14 days without an appropriate immunization certificate or proof of an appointment to receive immunizations.  A schedule of immunizations required to enter school, and grade level requirements can be found below.
