Bus Safety Superstars

The goal of Tremont's Bus Safety Superstar program is to create a better environment on the bus as well as, helping their bus drivers have an easier, safe drive.

Each week the students' bus driver chooses one or two children they "Caught Being Good" on the bus. 

The student(s) that are chosen by the bus driver is based on the following criteria:

• using a quiet voice

• remain seated at all times

• always keep hands and objects inside the bus window

• no eating or drinking on the bus

• report any inappropriate behavior to bus driver immediately

• showing respect toward others

    The weekly winner(s) from each bus will have their name(s) read during morning announcements, have their picture taken and posted on the Bus Safety Superstar bulletin board, and receive a certificate from Mr. Cohen.
