River Elementary School
Site-Based Management Team Members for 2006-2007

The Site-Based Team at River meets each month, working in partnership with the teachers, principal and PTA. Each year, the team is charged with designing activities that support instruction, while building character and citizenship in a safe, positive school setting. Past initiatives have included parent workshops for Hispanic Families, literacy nights, concerts, Random Acts of Kindness Weeks, Citizen of the Month campaign and the successful Scientist for a Night series.

New parent members are always welcome and interested family members may contact the principal's office at any time for more information. The meetings are scheduled on the second Wednesday of each month at 3:45 p.m. in the library.
