Introduction to Technology Grades 7 & 8 is a course of study that aims to guide students through a progression of modules that will help them define technology in their lives, develop problem solving abilities and make connections with other disciplines in support of knowledge acquisition.
Activities:
Design & Drawing for Production - (DDP) is
intended to be an introduction to a universal graphic language through which students can express their ideas with
creativity, clarity, and exactness. The class will emphasize critical thinking and creative problem-solving by
requiring the students to examine past solutions, learn technical drawing processes and experience design techniques.
