Congratulations to Mrs. Anne Grieco for being selected as the recipient of the Town of Brookhaven , Office of Women's Services for 2006 Woman of the Year in Technology. Mrs. Grieco was selected for this prestigious recognition for her twenty years as the high school computer aide technician. The ceremony was held on March 23, 2006 at the Meadow Club in Port Jefferson Station. The Patchogue-Medford High School all-female color guard presented the colors.
 The all-female color guard members were from left to right, Anita Moreno, Annalisa Esposito, Yanet Segura-Taveras, Damina Townes, Nina Escobar and Stephanie Morse.
