Visitor Sign-in Procedures at Eagle

To insure the safety of your children, Eagle has instituted the following sign-in procedures.  Please understand that we welcome parent participation and visits to the school, the procedures below are meant solely to safeguard your children.

General Visits

• All parents and visitors are required to provide valid photo ID and sign-in at the Greeter's desk.  The Greeter will provide visitors with an official "P-M Visitor" sticker or badge before allowing visitors to proceed to any location in the building.
   

• The badge is to be worn on outer clothing where it may be easily visible and should be returned to the Greeter at the end of the visit.
   

• All persons wishing to visit a classroom during regular school hours must have an appointment or invitation to a special event.
