Canaan Food Pantry

  Dear Canaan Families:

  It is time to get our food pantry up and running.  Last year we helped many families through difficult times.  We would once   

  again like to ask for your help with families in our community who may be experiencing some hardship.  In order to do this,

  we must stock our pantry.  We are asking for assistance by brining in the items assigned to your child's grade level:

        Kindergarten - Cereals and breakfast items (please NO Cheerios)

        First Grade - Juices and snacks

        Second Grade - Pastas and sauces

        Third Grade - Packaged dishes or boxed side dishes (rice, mashed potatoes, etc.)

        Fourth Grade - Canned items or condiments (vegetables, ketchup, coffee, salt, etc.)

        Fifth Grade - Toiletries (paper towels, toilet paper, razors, shampoo, toothbrushes, etc.)

** Gift Cards are needed all year long **

  Please remember that our pantry is open all year round and we will continue to help families in need in the Canaan  

  community.  Donations are needed throughout the year.  We have a box in the main office where the items can be placed.
