projects to be completed during summer time (New Kindergarten
classroom, renovated art room, new band/orchestra classroom, new
ceilings in classrooms, new PA system, new fire alarm system,
new security system, heating system updated, window replacement)

- A new dry well was put in place after an
older drywell collapsed in the front of our building on Bay Ave.
- Abatement project will begin and finish
during the memorial day vacation. Pipe insulation will be
removed over the holiday break.
- Installation of the new playground will take
place during the summer while school is out.

Summer 08' |
- Bay ES has been under a lot of construction.
The main office is now closed until renovations are finished.
The work continues with updates in the electrical, and plumbing
of the school as well as ceilings, floors, playground, library
and more. We have access to phone lines so you may call
the school. However at this time visiting is not allowed
due to the safety issues.

Sept 08' |
- As construction comes to an end, Bay has
begun to resume normal operations. The main office is open
and ready for business. Classrooms are cleaned and ready
for learning. The library is now completed and shelving of
the books has begun. The playground is finished and ready
for activity. Doors, windows, bathrooms, ceiling, floors
and a vast many other things have been renovated and cleaned for
the opening of school. Thank you to all of the
construction workers, custodians and anyone else who helped
complete the renovation at Bay. And Finally, thank you to
our wonderful community for the support during this process.
