Ms. Debra Pilger-school nurse

School physical examinations are due in the health office for all kindergarten, second and fourth grade students.
Also any students new to the district are required to provide proof of an examination within the school year ( 9-5-07 through 9-30-08 ), regardless of grade level.

Our school physician will begin providing exams here in October, 2008.
If your child will be having an examination by their pediatrician please provide me with a note so I do not schedule them here.

Annual screening for hearing and vision for all students will begin in the health office in October.

Any concerns or questions please feel free to contact  Mrs. Pilger R.N. at  687-6960.
