  • Turn right onto CR-83 (Patchogue Mt. Sinai Road)
  • Road name changes to North Ocean Avenue
  • Road name changes to South Ocean Avenue once you cross Sunrise Highway
  • Cross over Main Street, Patchogue
  • Cross over the Rail Road tracks
  • Arrive at 225 South Ocean Avenue, Patchogue, New York

 

From the West:

  • Take I-495 (Long Island Expressway) to exit 61
  • Turn right onto CR-19 (Patchogue Holbrook Road)
  • Cross over Sunrise Highway
  • Keep straight onto CR-19 (road name changes to Waverly Avenue)
  • Turn left (North-East) onto CR-85 (West Main Street)
  • Road name changes to West Main Street (Montauk Highway)
  • Turn right onto South Ocean Avenue
  • Arrive at 225 South Ocean Avenue, Patchogue, New York

 

From the East

  • Take I-495 (Long Island Expressway) to exit 61
  • Turn left over I-495 onto CR-19 (Patchogue Holbrook Road)
  • Cross over Sunrise Highway
